Step 6: Apply additional coats while the previous layer is still workable.
Step 7: Use the tip of the brush to reach shorter lashes and add extra definition.
Step 8: Apply lightly to the lower lashes if desired.
Step 9: Allow the mascara to set without repeatedly brushing through completely dry layers.
