🔁 Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Reflections® – Cosmetics & Skincare

At Reflections, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We have carefully designed our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy to ensure a fair, transparent, and smooth experience, while maintaining the highest hygiene and quality standards expected from a premium beauty brand.

Please review the policy below before placing your order.


📦 Case 1: Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

🕒 Reporting Timeline

  • Damaged, broken, leaking, or missing products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Requests received after these timeframes cannot be processed.


📸 Required Verification

To assist us in verifying your request, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the order invoice included in your parcel

  • Clear images of the product and packaging, where applicable

The order invoice is mandatory for all claims.


🚚 Reverse Pickup & Review

  • Once your complaint is verified (within 48 hours), a reverse pickup will be arranged via our courier partner.

  • Reverse pickup may take up to 7 calendar days, depending on courier availability.


📋 Return Eligibility Criteria

All returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Have all seals, packaging, and tags intact

  • Include all accessories, inserts, and documentation (if any)

Every return undergoes a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse.

⚠️ Returns may be declined if the product:

  • Shows signs of use or damage

  • Has missing or broken seals

  • Is returned in unsatisfactory condition


🔧 Brand Warranty Items

Certain electrical or branded tools (if applicable) are covered under manufacturer warranty only and are not eligible for refunds.

In such cases:

  • The item must be returned to Reflections

  • We will coordinate with the brand for repair or replacement

  • Future warranty claims must be initiated through our support team


✅ Resolution After Quality Check

  • If the claim is approved, you will receive:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, as applicable

  • If QC confirms the correct product was originally delivered, the claim will be closed and considered final.


🔄 Case 2: Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, returns based on change of mind (wrong shade, wrong selection, or personal preference) are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused

  • Original packaging and seals remain fully intact


💰 Handling & Logistics Fee

  • A Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from refunds

  • Or charged at delivery in case of an exchange
    (This fee covers logistics and processing costs)


💳 Out-of-Stock Refunds

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after payment:

  • A full monetary refund will be issued

  • Our support team will contact you for bank details

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours


📹 Unboxing Recommendation

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel.

  • For missing item claims, warehouse dispatch footage will be reviewed

  • If footage confirms complete dispatch, the claim cannot be processed

  • If an item is confirmed missing, a refund or replacement will be arranged


⏱️ Processing Timelines

  • Reverse pickup: Up to 7 calendar days

  • Complete resolution: Up to 10 working days
    (Includes pickup, quality check, and final outcome)
